[Nipy-devel] Compiling neuroimaging with Visual Studio 2003

I merged a fix to the trunk for the following issues:
- using std::abs instead of fabs in _bsplines.cpp
- added weave_imp.cpp as a source file for the bspline extension (this may
need to be put on the scipy trunk ?)
- fixed a C99 issue in ctraits.c

I couldn't test the package, my numpy version was too old at home.
