[Nipy-devel] How to contribute

Thank to Jarrod i was able to install nipy.

Now, i would be interested in contributing to nipy but it is quite 
difficult to understand how to begin.

I have some computing programming skills 9R, fortran 77, C). Python does 
not seem that difficult to learn.

Is there some guidelines for the authors? I wuold like to implement ICA 
analysis in NiPy.
