[Nipy-devel] website modifications

Hey everyone,

I have started working on the trac site to make it easier to find
information. Since we are piggy-backing off the scipy/numpy site, I
think we should make every effort to be consistent with how they
organize their information. This will help new (as well as old) users
transfer knowledge about how to find information across the various
sites.

So my first goal is to make the trac site solely the domain of
developers (e.g., the "hard-hat area"). For now, I am going to leave
the main page as is, but soon I will try and get the scipy admins to
help me replace it with a moin-moin instance. Once I take care of
that, the moin-moin site will be the users' area. This is how the
scipy site is organized, so if you are interested in how it will work
take a look here: www.scipy.org

As I started to clean things up, I noticed that some of the vandalism
from the anonymous user extended beyond the list of urls at the tops
of some pages. Those pages are cleaned up now. I also went ahead and
removed the anonymous users ability to modify and create pages to
prevent future vandalism (as well as help us track who changes what).
If anyone has any problems logging in, please let me know.

Thanks,
