[Nipy-devel] ROI analysis and others

Hi Satra,

There is a bare (i.e. empty) ROI class that has some of the methods we 
discussed in Paris in it.

Here it is:

As for enthon, this may cause a problem because enthon because the 2.4 
release is still beta and I don't know if it has numpy in it yet. But, 
looking at the release date it probably does have fairly current numpy 
and scipy, but I don't know.
